Hi Greg, RDi normally brings its own JRE (Java Runtime Environment) with it - there may be several JREs installed in your RDi folder (where RDi.EXE and RDi.INI reside). Look into the plugins sub-folder, and look if that particular JRE plugin is installed. If not - edit the RDi.INI file, to point to the latest JRE plugin available. Or install Amazons Corretto JDK and point to the folder where that is - it always has to be the JAVAW.EXE file (in the bin sub-folder or the JRE/JDK) but without the ".EXE" extension - IIRC.
