Hi Justin,

The WCA plugin is available from the Eclipse Marketplace.

Unfortunately, the current minimum is 4.32 Eclipse. (RDi 9.9 will be using the IBM supplied 4.31 version and Java 21.)

I'd suggest up voting this IDEA. The BYOE would allow users to use WCA plugin and install RDi over the latest versions of Eclipse.
