Hi Kerwin,
As much as we tried around - white-listing "RDi.exe" was the only solution we found, that permanently worked.
We decided, to white-list the partial path:
*\IBM\RDi\RDi.exe
So whenever there is a RDi.exe in a directory named "RDi" which is inside a directory "IBM" - the white-list entry works. So we can make several installations, where only the "path-ending" has to match.
I recommend to do something similar with your SentinelOne admins.
