Support for Binding Directories

Support for editing *BNDDIR objects has been available through the 
iSphere plug-in for some time.

Today I discovered in RDi 9.8 additional support: SHOW BINDING DIRECTORY 
from the object context menu in the RSE View and the Object Table View.

Anyone know when this was added? (I can find no information in the Fix 
List).

Just curious.
