I know of a way ... although I haven't actually tried it, and I'm not sure
it's the 'best way'.

If you search the plugins directory, you'll find a  subdirectory that
begins with 'com.ibm.rdi.acs.update_'.

In that directory there is a subdirectory named 'jars'.

In there are ACS files (acsbundle.jar, a native launcher, possibly other
native files).

Theoretically you can replace those files with the version you want.
