R: IBM Rational Developer for i 9.9 is now available!

Hi all

Hi 
Which are the improvements over the previous version ? i tried to read the
page at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/fix-list-rational-developer-i, but
some args not was very clear .. is there some other page where i can find
more details ?
