Re: RDi 9.9 - SEP debug slow?

Hi David,

I'm debugging a lot with SEPs - and yes there is a delay when the SEP kicks in and the debugger process is attaching to the running process - and it has to make the connection to RDi. 

That aside I haven't found a significant difference here between 9.8 and 9.9 - but we are running 7.5 on our machines - so maybe that could be a reason.
