Yes. For the Outline, Remote Systems and other views:

PREFERENCES > GENERAL > APPEARANCE > COLORS AND FONTS > VIEW AND EDITOR 
FOLDERS

Double-click on TREE AND TABLE FONT FOR VIEWS

For the LPEX Editor:

PREFERENCES > LPEX EDITOR > APPEARANCE

You might also wish to change the font/size for the Text Editor used by 
iSphere to display spooled files:

PREFERENCES > GENERAL > APPEARANCE > COLORS AND FONTS > BASIC

Double-click on TEXT FONT
