Code Coverage

Does anyone know how to set up Code Coverage [CC] to report on multiple 
programs in a job step?

I have placed several programs in CC hoping to get a report for each one 
as they are used in a process. However, CC only seems to report on the 
first one that is called, and even though others that are set in CC are 
also called, only the first one is in the CC Report.

Do I need to run CC for each program I want to test?
