F3 - Open declaration not working anymore in 9.9.0.4

Hi all I've noticed a somewhat annoying difference between 9.9 and 9.8. I'm not sure when this difference was introduced. RDI used to set the cursor on the declaration of a variable. In my new installation it goes to the start of the procedure that contains the variable. Was this done deliberately or is it some kind of setting?
