C changing tools in the Main tag

Hello wilyfans,

Is there a way to change the tools in the Main tag with
char* rpc_settools (Handle*, Id w, char *s) ?
When I call for a rpc_list, I don't have any identifier for this
window (or tag). Is there an identifier who is hardcoded in wily and 
that I could use ?
