Undocumentation is the bug, eh? ;-)  Thanks for the info.  I guess it 
must have got lost from my app-defaults.  Actually, it looks like the 
app-defaults file wasn't installed at all on this particular machine.  
Is that my bad, or does the makefile not install it?

(Aside: list-admin, can you switch on the rfc2369 headers option 
please? Thanks.)
