nothing to get the keyboard going like a nasty flu (which i'm suffering
right now, but no quarantine needed :) and a filesystem problem or an rm
or something someone did on the cs ftp area.

i have put up the "baseline" (non-split) version of wily in sourceforge.

i will follow this with the 9libs version (split) just so that people
will always have access to those base versions. [i already sent the
files to joe brockmeier, i hope he is happy] 

i would also appreciate any ftp-mirror offers once the ftp area at CS
is restored.
