Urgh, no the http://www.pobox.com/~Alan.Watson/ pages are all
completely dead I guess. I have trawled through some archived CDs and
have found both libutf-2.10.tar.gz and -1.6.tar.gz. If you
want a copy, drop me a line and I'll email them. Or if someone wants
to put utftools somewhere public ...
