What, no CapsLock?

For some reason, when typing text into wily, CapsLock is ignored. 
Since my add-on keyboard does capitals by imitating CapsLock
temporarily, I just spotted that.  I'm using XFree86 4.2 and wily
0.13.41, in case either of those makes a difference.
