Summary: Tab only works in one editor dialog

Initial Comment:
Only the last opened Editor dialog when multiple 
Dialogs are open allows for TAB events.

Pressing the TAB key in not the last opened Dialog, 
causes the TAB events to be generated in the last 
opened dialog and will indent/unindent the text!

Work around:
Only use the TAB key in the last opened dialog or 
don't open more than one editor dialog.

Probable problem area:
TAB Key Mapping is static.
