Initial Comment:
I can add services in 'desktop', but no categories
appear under 'Categories' in Explorer, and all tool
icons remain greyed.

Using JRE Version 1.5.0 (build 1.5.0_05-b05)
Nothing appears in Java console.

Running xngr v1.1.
