Summary: RFE: Valid Selection popup

Initial Comment:
Code completion in latest version is nice but....

Whilst editing it would be nice to have a little popup 
menu to appear when i start to type a tag ie the '<' 
character, that will list the valid tag choices.

The valid tag choices could be found out from a DTD or 
even from what has already been typed in the document 
(if no DTD is present).

The same sort of thing could occur for attributes ie when 
a space is entered from within a tag a list of valid 
attribute names could appear.
