exchanger wont start

Hi,

I believe that I experience the same problem as Curtis Seyfried posted 
2002-10-24. When I execute the bat-file from windows I only see a flash of 
the command window. When I try to run the app from the command line I see 
why. I receive a message saying that the argument (for java) is illegal. 
Still haven’t been able to start the exchanger so any help would be 
appreciated. I’m running windows XP and jsdk 1.4.
