[XXE] Some broken v7.2 packages have been replaced by fixed versions in our web site and online store

The following v7.2 packages were broken:

xxe-perso-7_2_0-setup.exe
xxe-perso-7_2_0.dmg
xxe-perso-7_2_0.zip

xde-perso-7_2_0-setup.exe
xde-perso-7_2_0.dmg
xde-perso-7_2_0.zip

xxe-pro-7_2_0-setup.exe
xxe-pro-7_2_0.dmg
xxe-pro-7_2_0.zip

xde-pro-7_2_0-setup.exe
xde-pro-7_2_0.dmg
xde-pro-7_2_0.zip

dita-7_2_0.zip

We fixed the problem[*] and replaced all these packages both in our Web 
site and in our online store. The date of the new packages is 
2016-11-11, and not 2016-11-10 like for the broken packages.

[*] The problem came from this "debug line":

<copyFile file="__doc.fo" to="file:/home/hussein/tmp/xxeCheck/__doc.fo" />

added to:

<XXE_install_dir>/addon/config/dita/xslMenu.incl

and unfortunately forgotten there.

This mistake impacted only the conversion of DITA documents to RTF, WML, 
DOCX, ODT.

To fix the problem, we have simply removed this line from 
<XXE_install_dir>/addon/config/dita/xslMenu.incl.
