[XXE] New Bulgarian spell checker dictionary

Georgi Georgiev of BALKANTEL LTD has contributed a Bulgarian dictionary 
for use by the standard spell checker of XMLmind XML/DITA/DocBook/XHTML 
Editor. Thank you so much for your hard work, Georgi!

If you want to use this dictionary, simply select menu item 
"Options|Install Add-ons", then select the corresponding add-on in the 
dialog box and finally restart XMLmind XML/DITA/DocBook/XHTML Editor as 
instructed by the application.
