[XXE] New add-on for DocBook authors

A new add-on called "DocBook fauthoring addon" is available for DocBook 
authors.

This add-on is contributed by Eduard Tibet, who is also the Russian 
translator of XMLmind XML Editor messages. Thank very much you Eduard!

If you are interested, please use menu item "Options|Install Add-ons" to 
install it.

Please note that:

- This add-on extends the stock DocBook v5.1 configuration mainly by 
adding a number of useful keyboard shortcuts. The goal here is clearly 
to make the authors much more productive at creating and editing DocBook 
documents. More information in

- This add-on is compatible with XMLmind XML Editor v9+.

However, if you would like to use this add-on with older versions of XXE 
(starting from v7.3+) and/or use it to author DocBook v5.0 documents, 
feel free to "create an issue" (that is, file an RFE) on Eduard's GitHub
