* Working on modular documents has never been
  easier:

     + Copy, Cut, Paste now preserve included
       elements.

     + More extensive support of XInclude.

     + DITA conref is now fully supported.

     + A generic, extensible, inclusion facility
       allows for example to query a database,
       to generate table row elements on the fly
       and to include these rows in an XML
       document.

* Need an outline mode for DocBook? Switch to
  the "Document structure" CSS style sheet and
  use new commands Promote, Demote, Move Up and
  Move Down.

* Many other enhancements and bug fixes, many of
  them related to the support of RELAX NG.
