Well, I don't see why. Please try what follows:

(1) Select  "All Files" from the "Files of Type" combobox. See attached 
screenshot #1.

If (1) does not work,

(2) Select the file path of a .ttf file from the Windows explorer, copy 
it to the clipboard, then paste it (Ctrl-V) into the "File containing 
the TTF font" text field.

If (2) does not work,

(3) Drag&Drop a .ttf file from the Windows explorer into the "When 
needed..." file list, then select the dropped .ttf file and click 
"Edit". See attached screenshot #2.
