There are no know bugs related to this feature.

1) If you use a ".profiles" file 
(https://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/profiling/what_is_it.html), 
open it in XXE then use "File|Save As" to save it to the same location. 
This will ensure that the "low-level conditional processing files" exist 
along the high-level ".profiles" file.

2) Make sure to have selected  he DocBook *profiling* XSLT stylesheets 
rather than the default, regular ones. More information in "1.1. The
