The DocBook XSL stylesheets which are used to convert DocBook to XSL-FO 
(and then, to DOCX by the means of our XMLmind XSL-FO Converter) are not 
our work, nor our responsibility.

So please file your bug report here:

https://github.com/docbook/xslt10-stylesheets/issues

(Very simple. Simply click the "New issue" green button and copy the 
text of your email in the bug form.)



--> Meanwhile, you can fix this yourself quite easily:

* If you are authoring DocBook V4 document, please use a text editor to 
modify:

<XXE_install_dir>/addon/config/docbook/xsl/common/la.xml

You'll find there "capitulum" at 5 or 6 different lines.

* If you are authoring DocBook V5 document, please use a text editor to 
modify:

<XXE_install_dir>/addon/config/docbook5/xsl/common/la.xml

* If you are not sure, please modify both files.
