No decision will ever be made at a meeting. If a meeting is held there 
must be full minutes posted to this list so that discussion can continue 
and the input of those not able to attend can be heard.

Whoever calls the meeting is responsible for getting the minutes on here 
(perhaps this should be put on the web site so there can be no arguments).

Cool. I'm going to Guyana at some point over that time - not got exact 
dates yet but we must hook up while you are here.

Lets do it, Allan - care to make the arrangements? I'll be away around
