RE: Getting Rotary support - giving support to Rotary

Since this message I haven't seen a date/time/location confirmed...
I guess I'll suggest one then
April 15th, 6:30pm, Pizza Hut Valsayn

I suggest (not recommend) Pizza Hut since I KNOW we can get beer there for
those who want, I KNOW we can get food affordably there (although affordable
food in Trinidad takes on a whole new meaning for a person living in
Barbados when you have to spend the equivalent of $40+TT for a semi-decent
meal on the road), and I know in the past it has been a meeting place (for
past IRC/ICQ limes) so we can get them to set up space for us in advance, if
we know approximate numbers.
I'm not sure if they're like Pizza Hut Roxy and will charge for use of their
private room as opposed to us sitting in the open, but hey, this suggestion
is only to get the ball rolling so we can move on the more debatable issues
like hammering out the itinerary.

I did know it's pricey but after the meeting at Fu-Lin (TTLUG based) we
thought we'd try the Valpark place and since it's basically the same
people,
I thought of that place first.

But......Ace, where will you be staying and how mobile will you be?
Would
you have someone driving you around?  It might be a better idea to lime
close to where you will be staying.......let me know when you confirm
that.
