Advice noted, thanks.  That is my approach.

I think we were going to discuss this before you went off to Guyana.
Putting computers into community centres is probably a good place to start.
Richer companies might want to sponsor a centre where they're located as
they get to give something back to the community and of course their name
plastered all over.
