In my mind, to empover organisations and business, you need to give them full 
control over thier email - without the need to install an email server 
themselves. Of course, some 'fair use' is needed, but email is quite low in 
cost, lower then people think.

In curacao, it's 3 USD per month for an extra emailadress - ridiculous. We 
need free extra emailadresses!
