If UWI gets the project course back up at UWI this could be a possible source for projects for the final year students. -Nissan -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Allan Samaroo Sent: Wednesday, May 26, 2004 10:23 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [cis] CIS Projects Yes, I spoke to them a while aback. The guy who started hosting the .tt registry in the first place is also interested.........incidentally, he runs the ttnic........ I have yet to actually put something forward regarding the website project.........i won't mind if some beats me to it as I know my time is limited until july...........basically I want to give schools a chance to have an online resource similar to Ameena's (http://lenguaislamiatia.edu.tt). The problem is we (the CIS) is not going to be maintaining it.........there are two alternatives: 1. Train the teachers. I may be able to get something running at the VTC. 2. Let the UWICS maintain the sites. I'd prefer a synergy between the two as it can benefit both groups.
