This is a good idea as we more or less do this already.  Whether the CIS is
responsible or not, RHS is our choice to lead this.

OAS, not likely.  The ICA, not really.  I have only joined the ICA list (aka
CIVIC, aka icacaribbean) last week, but because I've been terribly busy I've
not announced the existence of this list, which was created earlier this
week.  I'll do so tonight.
