Burrokeet is an Open Source project, you have both the developers on 
this list. You also have my co-proposer (Mr Rajendra Singh) locally. 
Anil is now driving the Caribbean end of this project, Raj is focusing 
on research applications and uses.

I would suggest this is your best medium for funding at present. I 
assure you of my packing whether I am a part of any proposal or not, but 
all local negotiation should be through Anil (or Raj if it is research 
focused, Anil will make the introductions).
