This paragraph is *exactly* what I am talking about. A meeting was 
called to discuss how to present the Burrokeet software to the teachers 
as a solution to your problem. However, it is clear that the problem has 
not yet been defined, at least not to this group. Anil is doing a good 
job of refining it for us, but he is approaching it from the perspective 
of what Burrokeet can do rather than what the schools need (this is not 
a criticism of Anil's approach, since the meeting was to create a 
presentation for Burrokeet not the problem).

As Nissan said, there needs to be a very clear use case definition. This 
definition will provide the "script" and a "marksheet" for any 
presentation of a solution.
