Reina, -a beautiful name!

In a perfect world, YES! Who or how are you going to get them to take the
time this will require, if it is to be done properly?

As those who have them know, here in Trinidad (and Tobago) we don't get to
decide were to send our children to school. Unless they are an absolute
failure, and even then, the choices are very limited.

It is safe to assume that things are different in Suriname.
