Together with the VTC Lecturer and the ICT Facilitator, with whom
Shiva is meeting, I think it would be even more effective if the
ICT Curriculum Officer, Mr. Keith Ramlakhan, is involved. I do believe
he would have more say than the VTC Lecturer in terms of what
should go on at schools.

I do not know him personally but he appears to be a very approachable
individual. His office is at RCLRC Couva.
