shiva let's still include the audigy2 so if/when they cut the budget, 
the school may still be able to get some good hardware.  the principal 
was insistent that it's a "dream" wish and the MoE will most definitely 
want to cut the cost, like instead of each machine costing US$2000, cut 
it down to US$1200, etc....

if you can get it by thursday that will be fine.

now guys, what about the software?  although the LCMS is free, there 
will be some customisation necessary.  should we quote for this?  we can 
use the money to fund future activities, existing projects that we use, etc.
