yes, but if we have never received funding before, it would be difficult for
them to "take our word" that the project objectives are met............in
any event, after the first set of meetings this month, we should be able to to
have a clearer understanding of what we are expected to have and how to
proceed from there..........i can get the accountant from the office to assist if
it comes to that.............

also, i'm off to a rotary club meeting this saturday...........i can't
remember if it's st joseph or st augustine but i'm hoping it's not the one that
joy is from so we could cover the both areas.
