I think it was cleared up. List went a bit silent, and I was used to 
lots of messages in a day. Vacation time? Some regulars defected to twitter?

Nice to see a fellow Irish. I'm an Irish citizen besides American. Had a 
place over there for a while, and also taught classical drama in various 
places. Also taught modern versions.
Guggenheim once too paid my way, and other organizations. Still teaching 
my Ph.D. students here, and a new one graduated this fall, writing on 
various forms
of Irish Theatre, like the hunger stikers as performance art. But at 83 
I might consider retiring after my next two students finish their Ph.D.s.
