The Lisbon Treaty came fully into force in 2009, and nothing further will
be happening in 2020 or any other time.

I suggest you research the facts and look at the details of the Lisbon
Treaty for yourself.

Unfortunately, this is deliberate propaganda, designed to scare people into
voting for Brexit. It's not quite on the level of the Protocols of the
Elders of Zion, but it's certainly in that direction.
