Thanks. This may fall into the category of desperate Brexiteer efforts to blame English (I use that word advisedly) woes not on bosses in London but on Brussels. If Brexit comes about, the woeful in Wigan may realize that the villains aren’t across the channel but in London and the southeast, where incomes are so obscenely higher that the NE, Midlands, etc. keeping Rees-Mogg in his stupid cars should not be a policy goal.
