As those who tried to help will have noticed, there is no way to avoid the
intervention of the Safelinks behemoth which, in the interests of illusory
security, inflates even the most laconic of links into a giant electronic
cauliflower. Safelinks is enforced by the University of Kentucky, which
kindly hosts this list but has its own rules. The only way of making your
text legible and also giving links is to say what you have to say without
putting a link in the text, and then to give the link or links at the end
of the message. Confusion can be reduced to some extent by putting a line
space above and below each link you cite.
