Credo Reference

Hi,

I see there was a thread last year about people seeing a "Connection refused by search.credoreference.com" the first time they attempt to connect in a session. It's a bit random, but I'm finding that it will general but often slowly connect at the second or third attempt. 

We've just bought our first title.

I've tried the OCLC stanza and also the Credo one. Has anyone managed to resolve this issue?
