Hi Sharon, I concur with Nick's advice. We had similar trouble with Credo access, and adding the interface directive resolved it. The following is the support that Credo gave us: --------------------- Add the word “Interface” followed by your internal EZproxy IP address to the top of the Credo stanza in your config.txt file. E.g. this is how it should appear (fill in your own IP): Interface 10.xxx.xxx.x Title Credo Learning Tools URL https://simpsonu.credocourseware.com DJ *.credocourseware.com ... ... ... --------------------- In our case the interface line reads: Interface 10.0.0.149 Which is our internal address for our EZproxy server. Yous will likely be different. *Eric Wheeler* *Simpson University* *Director of Library Services* [email protected] *530.226.4943* On Thu, Sep 5, 2019 at 9:11 AM Robinson, Sharon <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I see there was a thread last year about people seeing a "Connection > refused by search.credoreference.com" the first time they attempt to > connect in a session.
