Hello All, I am currently attempting to resolve an access issue with our Taylor & Francis eBooks and I am wondering if others are having the same issue. I am currently using the most recent stanza, but my testing indicates that the included NeverProxy line is not working as intended and my users are receiving a "This site can't be reached" error. Based on the URL that is presented the NeverProxy statement is not working. I have already moved the stanza to top to account for conflicting stanzas and that had no impact. Taylor & Francis reports that they have exhausted their troubleshooting and I should reach out to OCLC for assistance. Any thoughts/recommendations? --Josh Joshua Garris Systems Administration Librarian Thomas Cooper Library University of South Carolina [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> 803.777.7168 ******************************************************************** If you wish to stop receiving messages from EZPROXY-L or otherwise amend your preferences, you can do so here.
