Science Direct access

Hello

I was wondering if anyone else has had the following issue.

When we try and access Science Direct articles through EZproxy the proxy is dropped and we just get sent to the Science Direct hompage.

We tried updating out stanza to the latest one on the OCLC website ( https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Elsevier_ScienceDirect_and_Scopus)

But this has had no effect.

Has anyone else had this issue and knows a solution?
