Wiley/Firefox via Proxy

Hi has anyone out there also problems opening PDF at Wiley with Firefox and EZproxy? All we get at the moment is an empty screen (https://uaccess.univie.ac.at/login?url=https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/9780470939406.ch20<https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/9780470939406.ch20>). I contacted Wiley support but they argue this has something to do with the browser setting. As solution I was asked to change settings in the preferences tab to "Preview in Firefox". But this doesn't work for me! No matter what I select nothing changes. All other tested browser (chrome, IE 11) work fine. Firefox in use is 69.0.1. Any recommendation out there?
