Web of Science issues

We are receiving a few reports from patrons not being able to connect to Web of Science via EZProxy. Their connections spin and never connect or time out. We are using the latest Stanza and link through https URLs. I myself have had this issue a few weeks ago, then connection was slow, but now it seems to be working.
