Hi Andrea,

We are also having the same issue - initially their support suggested clearing cache and cookies, when that didn't work they suggested updating Java. Finally I think they got sick of us complaining and said that they escalated it to their development team.

One thing we did figure out is if you add 'direct' to the pdf part of the URL (eg: https://uaccess.univie.ac.at/login?url=https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.1002/9780470939406.ch20) that seemed to work but otherwise we are still waiting to hear back from them.

has anyone out there also problems opening PDF at Wiley with Firefox and EZproxy?

I contacted Wiley support but they argue this has something to do with the browser setting. As solution I was asked to change settings in the preferences tab to "Preview in Firefox".
But this doesn't work for me! No matter what I select nothing changes.
All other tested browser (chrome, IE 11) work fine. Firefox in use is 69.0.1.
Any recommendation out there?
