Hi Piya,

Please try the following stanza which has helped me solved this drop-proxy issue when you point to the path to "Interactive" and "sitelicense" folder.
This new case which you have brought up is pointing to "specialreport" folder, which was not detected previously during my testing. Let me check with the our vendor and support team,
it there is any result, share my findings here.

Hello,

We recently experienced similar issue. Proxy will drop in certain areas, specially, the shortcuts in the picture below.

Besides using the stanza on OCLC (https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Chronicle_of_Higher_Education ), we added two additional lines (highlighted in yellow below). The shortcuts were dropped looks like because it's using iframe that sits on Amazon AWS service. Hope this helps.

Anyone having trouble accessing the Featured content in the Chronicle?

These articles open in a new browser tab and the proxy authentication is dropped. For example,  choose Campus Spaces 2019 from gray nav bar, then select the article "Coming Soon to a Storefront By You"

Using the current stanza from OCLC.

Issue is only when proxied.
